How to share an order invoice on WhatsApp

Every order has a built-in invoice button. The PDF is generated from your ledger data — locked rate, weights, payment history — and can be shared to WhatsApp, email, Drive, or printed.

Open the order
From the Orders tab, tap the order you want to share.

Tap the share icon
Use the share icon (next to the PDF preview icon) in the top-right of the order details screen.

Pick WhatsApp from the share sheet
Your phone shows a system share sheet. Pick WhatsApp.

Pick the contact
Choose the customer (or any chat). The PDF is attached automatically.

Send
Tap send. WhatsApp delivers the PDF as a normal document attachment.
