How to move from Khatabook to JewelKhata
- Export your Khatabook ledger from the Settings → Export menu in the Khatabook app (CSV).

- Add your customers manually from the CSV — Khatabook does not capture jewellery-specific fields, so entering them one by one lets you also fill in purity and weight while you migrate.
- For active orders only, recreate them in JewelKhata with the advance already received. Older closed transactions can stay in the Khatabook export as an archive.
